All we ask is that you email us at info@cbdtiger.co.uk and let us know the reason for the return before posting back to us. Please use the word ‘return’ in the subject line. We require that the products be returned to us in an unopened state. If the issue is concerning the actual product itself, please first email us with the details. If you wish to cancel an order before we have dispatched the item(s) then a full refund will be given within 2 working days of contacting us. Otherwise please allow 7 days for any refunds.
